 You will need hand wraps, boxing gloves, water, and a towel if you need it. 

 We have loaner gloves for use, and we have hand wraps for purchase.  

  You should expect to be challenged in ways you've never been challenged before. You will be doing things like: slipping, rolling, jabbing, and a boxer's walk. All while challenging your muscles to keep pushing through the burn.  

 No! Final Round Fitness is way more than a cardio class. Your heart rate may be elevated, but your arms, legs, abs, and more should be tired and sore by the end of class. 

Yes! We have people that have been boxing for years and people that have never thrown a punch in their life all in the same class. Our workout is geared to meet you where you are. So, whether you have no experience or you’re a world champ, we got you. 

 No! Final Round Fitness may be located inside a boxing gym, but there is no fighting involved. This is a group fitness class that is based on boxing workouts.

 No. Final Round Fitness is for adults 18 and up.
